Vietnam Trip

Goooooooooooooooood Moooooorning Vieeeeeetnam...

Ok, I know it's been done before. But hey, it is still something you just have to do :)

Just a quick blog update to let everyone know that Sarah and I will be in Vietnam until the end of February. Sarah and I celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary in January so this was our present to each other, pretty cool hey! Vietnam is somewhere we have wanted to visit for a long time. Living in London and Canada when we were younger was fun but we really wanted to travel somewhere which was so totally different to our own country. Whilst Vietnam is rapidly progressing, hopefully it is still a long way away from what we know. Plus how good will the food be :)

We will be back in the studio on the 01 March 2010 returning all phone calls and answering non urgent emails.

If you are a new bride and groom looking for your wedding photographer please still send through your enquiry using the contact us page as we will be checking our emails whilst away and will still be setting up new appointments for March.

If you are a current bride and groom and have a question about your wedding or just need some advice please send me an email and I will reply when we are checking emails every couple of days.

So to finish off here are a few of my favourite images of the awesome wedding we shot yesterday of Sian & Johnny. Sarah and I were really looking forward to this wedding up in the mountains. Yes, it was the wettest wedding we have ever shot. Yes, it did not stop raining AT ALL. Yes, there was SO much fog I could hardly see anyone. No, we didn't let it stop us having fun.

For brides that have to get married on a rainy day, this is how you do it. You buy funky gum boots, you don't worry about getting wet and you have a lot of fun!

Did I mention the fog?

8:00pm, main road of Katoomba, heavy fog, crouching in the middle of the road... I was sure the cars would not see me!!!

Bye - See you all in 3 weeks!

A.

I'm so in love with some of these shots! The shot with her standing the puddle of water is adorable and that first pool shot is to die for! Makes me we wish that we should have broken into the private pool at the Intercontinental on my wedding day!
