Andrea & AJ

As soon as I met Andrea & AJ in June I knew I wanted to shoot their wedding. They were obviously so in love and excited to be getting married. They also placed a high value on the photography and asked for my advise in some areas, which I love.

Andrea & AJ got married at Miramare Gardens in Terry Hills. This was the first wedding I had shot at Miramare Gardens but hopefully won't be the last. The venue, staff and food were all fantastic. With the ceremony kicking off at 5:00pm we did not have a lot of time for bridal shots between the ceremony and the reception. But to be honest, that is the way I like it. You really don't need to have 2 hours+ for photos. This time is much better spent with your family and friends enjoying the start of the reception.

From the moment Sarah and I walked into Andrea & AJ's houses we were made to feel like part of the family. Both families are extremely close and loving families, we love that :)

Sarah and I love dogs and the funny thing about these two photos is Sarah took one and I took the other, at different houses... but only 5sec apart in time!!! (Sarah wants everyone to know her photo is the one on the right. She said it is a better photo!)

Seriously, can a bride be any more stunning?

This is why I love afternoon ceremonies... the light is gorgeous!

I had never seen a groom rushing around as much as AJ was. He obviously just wanted to get married. This was my way of getting him to slow down... sit him by himself for a while, a very SHORT while!

Love the following two shots Sarah grabbed of AJ. Sarah is really finding her groove at weddings now and her images are proof of that.

Another one of Sarah's awesome shots from the wedding... LOVE this one the most :)

Miramare have this awesome wine cellar that we managed to grab a few shots in at the last minute.

I think the following images of Andrea & AJ's parents during the speeches show how close these families are.

Really beautiful work Andrew. I haven't heard of that venue before but I love it! Very classy :)
