Kathryn & Ray - Part 2, New York
Tuesday, February 1, 2011 at 1:17PM Of course New York would get hit by one of the worst snow storms right as I am about to fly into JFK. Of course it would! So after being delayed for 2 days in Los Angeles I was finally able to make it to New York City (you can see my earlier post on NYC here) for Kathryn & Ray's wedding. Whew. I really didn't want my first overseas wedding to also be the first wedding I have missed due to a snow storm!.
Being that Kathryn & Ray were already married, their New York wedding was more about family and friends... a very laid back, casual reception. It was perfect for them.

It's not often the groom gets to see the bride getting ready :)

The day was that relaxed Kathryn realised that she had not arranged for anyone to tie up her dress. Lucky I have seen it a few times so was able to tie the perfect wedding dress for her :) oh and yeah... there was still a lot of snow around and it was COLD!

It was a great night on the dance floor.

Thanks to everyone at the wedding for making me feel like part of the family. It was awesome!
A.
